A Special Celebration Honoring Mothers at the CRMA


Cedar Rapids, Iowa— The Cedar Rapids Museum of Art (CRMA) invites you to join us for a special afternoon honoring mothers. A Mother’s Tea, Celebrating Motherhood will take place Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Carnegie Library area at the CRMA.

The afternoon promises to be a delight with a selection of tea sandwiches, cakes, scones, and of course tea! Musical entertainment, a short presentation by Sean Ulmer, Curator of Collections and Exhibitions, and admission to the exhibition Mothers in Art: Mother’s Day at 100 will be included. The ticket price is $25 per person. Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your space soon!
